You may return any new product purchased from SaranacGlove.com within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in new, unused condition with original tags attached or included.

If your purchase from SaranacGlove.com experiences a product issue or defect within 30 days, please contact our team for assistance.

For exchanges, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item(s).

Most orders from SaranacGlove.com ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or holidays. We currently ship within the continental U.S. and are working to expand our shipping options soon. For exchanges, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item(s). If you have any questions about your order or shipment, our team is happy to help.

Why doesn’t my tracking show movement yet?

Rest assured—if you received a shipping confirmation, your package has been shipped and picked up by USPS.

In August 2025, USPS shifted to applying postmarks and many tracking scans at regional sorting centers instead of at your local post office. This means your tracking may not show movement for a few days, even though your package is already in transit.

At Saranac, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every glove we make. Our products are built to last — but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

We guarantee our gloves to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to products purchased directly from SaranacGlove.com or an authorized retailer.

If your gloves experience a defect within the warranty period, please reach out to our team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use or care
• Accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs

Deerskin is one of nature’s most remarkable leathers — soft, durable, and naturally breathable. With a little care, your Saranac gloves will only get better with time.

To keep your deerskin gloves in their best condition:

– Let them dry naturally. If your gloves get wet, lay them flat in a cool, dry place away from direct heat or sunlight. Never put them in the dryer or near a heater, as this can cause the leather to stiffen or crack.

– Clean gently. Wipe away dirt or surface stains with a damp cloth. For heavier soil, use a small amount of mild soap mixed with water — then pat dry with a clean towel.

– Avoid conditioners or oils. Deerskin is naturally supple and does not require conditioning. Adding oils or treatments may affect its breathability and natural finish.

– Store with care. When not in use, keep your gloves in a cool, dry place — ideally in the included Saranac storage bag to protect them from dust and moisture.
