If you received a shipping confirmation, your package has already been shipped and is in transit. In August 2025, USPS began processing many postmarks and tracking scans at regional sorting centers rather than local post offices. Because of this, your tracking may not update for a few days—even though your package is moving through the system.

To keep your deerskin gloves in their best condition:

• Let them dry naturally. If your gloves get wet, lay them flat in a cool, dry place away from direct heat or sunlight. Never put them in the dryer or near a heater, as this can cause the leather to stiffen or crack.
• Clean gently. Wipe away dirt or surface stains with a damp cloth. For heavier soil, use a small amount of mild soap mixed with water — then pat dry with a clean towel.
• Avoid conditioners or oils. Deerskin is naturally supple and does not require conditioning. Adding oils or treatments may affect its breathability and natural finish.
• Store with care. When not in use, keep your gloves in a cool, dry place — ideally in the included Saranac storage bag to protect them from dust and moisture.
