Once again Vicki Fabry and Saranac sponsored and donated time to help build. Women and power tools are a great way to help out our local community.

About National Women Build Week
Habitat for Humanity's Women Build Program promotes the involvement of women in the construction of Habitat homes in our community. Women Build works to recruit, nurture and train women to build and maintain simple, decent, healthy and affordable homes for families in our community.

Women Build does not exclude men—it encourages women to become empowered to break down stereotypes and show what we can do when we come together. We can build it! In fact, over 100 women volunteers from the Green Bay area will join together with over 17,000 women across the country this year during National Women Build Week - May 5-12, 2018!

Each woman participant locally is asked to raise a minimum of $50 to secure her volunteer spot in Women Build. Our local goal is to raise over $20,000! Funds raised will go towards a sponsorship on a future Habitat home later this year.
